How much does a remodel cost?
Based on your renovation size and complexity, costs vary significantly due to existing conditions, the scope of the remodel, any structural changes, selections of materials or finishes, and the degree of ease in accessing the work area.
The first thing we do is clarify goals and priorities, and then create a plan that includes a detailed renovation scope of work. Once we gather all pricing from our subcontractors and suppliers, we provide you with an updated estimate, along with any options available to you.
Can you work with my budget?
We discuss your budget early in the process and work through your priorities with you so that you can make the best choices possible to protect what matters most to you. We confirm all of the scope of work, allowances, and major decisions before we begin construction so that costs are approved and expectations are clearly defined.
How long does a typical remodel take?
The timeline for your renovation project is based on the complexity of the project, as well as lead times for materials involved, and whether structural and or system changes are needed.
A kitchen and bathroom renovation project typically takes about eight weeks or less to complete. However, larger remodeling projects or updates across multiple rooms may take longer.
The designer and planning phase includes a schedule with regular updates so that you see exactly what is taking place and when it happens throughout the entire renovation process.
